課程概述 |
The aim of this course is for students to develop the skills and techniques to present their academic research findings in a logical and organized manner. Students will learn the structure, flow, and emphasis of academic presentations. This course will not focus on nor be graded by the knowledge of specific academic topics. This course will also discuss the following contents: how to prepare an academic oral presentation and presentation skills, how to prepare an academic CV, how to prepare an application SOP, and etiquette for writing academic emails.This course will involve some homework writing exercises and group presentation projects.

After completion of the course, students will be able to read and critique academic papers and presentations, demonstrate analytical and logical think skills by composing structured academic presentations, and comfortable usage of academic vocabulary and grammar. |
